First of all, CONGRATS! While we know this isn't exactly where you hoped to be, we are honored to be able to work with you and excited for you to now have the support and guidance you're needing to make progress in your relationship, and to experience changes that will LAST.

☐  STEP 1: Download our mobile app

Our mobile app is where you’ll find our social media community circles, the Relationship Rebuild Program modules, as well as direct messaging with our team and other community members.

1. Open a browser and go to http://rewire4success.mvt.so on your iOS or Android device
2. Follow the onscreen instructions to add the app to your homescreen. 

(NOTE: You can find more detailed instructions by clicking on the menu at the top left if you encounter any trouble. VPNs, certain browsers or content blocker apps can affect the ability to open and download the app. Please turn those off temporarily if needed or try an alternate browser if the one you're using isn't allowing the app to download.)

☐  STEP 2: Create your account

1. On the app, click the Account icon
2. Select to sign-in either through Google, or use your email address and password 

☐  STEP 3: On pop-up, allow notifications

Be sure you’ve allowed notifications to be sent to you from our app so you don’t miss any important messages!

Note: If you don’t get a pop-up asking you to allow notifications, you can click on account, then your name at the top, select notifications, and be sure that "Just for you", "All Scheduled Content", "Starting Now Reminder", "Messages", "App Notifications", "Push Notifications" & "Email" are all checked.

☐  STEP 4: Sign your coaching contract via DocuSign

Be on the lookout in your email for our program coaching contract that will be sent via docusign. Once we have your signature, we’ll be able to grant you access to the program and community and send out your program package! (Please reach out if you don’t see an email from us via Docusign within a few hours following your sign up.)

☐  STEP 5: Check your DMs on the app for a Welcome Video from your coaches! 

Now that it’s official, you’ll be granted access to our online community circles and the Relationship Rebuild program! You’ll know when your access is granted, because you’ll get a Welcome Video sent to you via dm from your coaches right there in the app within the next business day with what to do next! (Once again, please reach out if you don’t see this within the designated time frame.)

What do we do while we are waiting for our program package to arrive? 

Once you've signed your coaching contract, we'll be granting you access to the Relationship Rebuild program, the community circles and the Weekly Classes Menu page on the mobile app. (If you like using a bigger screen, you can also log into the program on your desktop computer from our website at www.rewire4success.life) 

You will receive an email allowing you to create your program account log in. After that, you are free to start Module 0 right away! Module 1 will open the following week, and you'll be ready to start when your package arrives.

I downloaded the app but don't have access to the program, now what?

We know you're anxious to get started, and so are we with you! But please be patient as our team gets your coaching contract over to you and gets permissions set for you afterwards to access these member only areas. If it's been over 1 business day since signing up and you haven't heard from us, please reach out to our team to let us know.

If I have questions, who do I ask?

For now, feel free to speak with the team member who helped you get signed up for the program with any questions that come up. Once your coach is assigned, they will be your main point of contact going forward and you can dm them in the community. You will also have access to Rick and Katie and our team in the weekly classes and in the community circles to ask any questions you have.

What if I don't have a Google account or am not familiar with using Google Docs?

Google is free and one of the main platforms our program utilizes to help keep documents up to date and allows our team to most effectively comment or review submissions from our clients. If you don't already have a Google account, please go to https://docs.google.com and create one. Detailed instructions for sharing these documents with your coach will be provided when necessary through the program.
