I understand that by accessing and/or downloading the Couples Communication Mastery System or any part thereof that I may not sell, share, lend, copy, duplicate, or email the Couples Communication Mastery System or any part thereof to any other individual including clinicians, other professionals or lay persons.

Limitation of Use

I understand that the Couples Communication Mastery System is not a substitute for psychotherapy.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Richard Kies, Katie Johnson, and/or Rewire4Success Inc. be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from any claim (including any cause of action sounding in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or products liability) arising out of the use by you of the Couples Communication Mastery System even if Richard Kies, Katie Johnson and/or Rewire4Success Inc. have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The maximum liability of Richard Kies, Katie Johnson and/or Rewire4Success Inc. to you for any cause whatsoever will be no greater than the price paid to Richard Kies, Katie Johnson and/or Rewire4Success Inc. under this agreement for the Couples Communication Mastery System or any part thereof. The foregoing limitations and exclusions apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnity

I agree to indemnify Richard Kies, Katie Johnson and/or Rewire4Success Inc. from any and all judgments, liability, damages, penalties, losses and expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) which may be suffered or assumed by or obtained against Richard Kies, Katie Johnson and/or Rewire4Success Inc., their successors, licensees, and assigns that may occur as a result of my download, or use of the Couples Communication Mastery System or any part thereof.
