Rewire4Success Affiliate (Partner) Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

 

1. Sponsor

The Rewire4Success Affiliate Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Rewire4Success Inc., 600 N 2nd St, 4th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17101 (“Sponsor”).

 

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and are registered affiliates of Rewire4Success Inc. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Rewire4Success Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

 

3. Contest Period

The Contest runs monthly, beginning on the first day of each calendar month at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending on the last day of the month at 11:59:59 PM ET (each a “Contest Period”). If at least 85 valid memberships are generated/sustained during a Contest Period, winners will be selected as follows: the affiliate with the highest number of valid signups wins the Grand Prize, and the affiliate with the second-highest number wins the Second Place Prize. If fewer than 85 valid memberships are generated, no winners will be selected for that period and those memberships will carryover to the period for the next contest.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible affiliates must generate valid signups to Rewire4Success Inc.’s services (e.g., men’s only or women’s only weekly groups) through their unique affiliate links during a Contest Period. No purchase or payment is required to become an affiliate or enter the Contest. To become an affiliate, visit https://rewire4success.getrewardful.com/signup and register for free.

Alternative Entry Method: If you are not an affiliate or do not wish to generate signups, you may enter by mailing a handwritten 3x5 card with your name, address, phone number, email address, and the statement “Rewire4Success Affiliate Contest Entry” to: Rewire4Success Inc., 600 N 2nd St, 4th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17101. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within 30 days of the start of each Contest Period and received within 7 days thereafter. One mail-in entry per person per Contest Period. Mail-in entrants will be evaluated based on a skill-based task by submitting a 500-word essay on personal development, judged by Sponsor, with winners selected if they meet equivalent performance criteria.

 

5. Winner Selection

Winners are determined based on skill, specifically the number of valid signups generated via the affiliate’s unique link during a Contest Period where at least 85 valid signups are generated. The affiliate with the highest number of valid signups wins the Grand Prize, and the affiliate with the second-highest number wins the Second Place Prize. In case of a tie, winners will be selected based on the earliest timestamp of achieving their signup count. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days after the Contest Period ends.

 

6. Prizes

For each Contest Period where at least 85 valid signups are generated, the following prizes will be awarded:

  • Grand Prize (1st Place):

    • Access to Rewire4Success’s 6-Month Intensive Program, which may be deferred to a couple enrolled in Rewire4Success’s men’s or women’s weekly groups, provided the couple meets program eligibility requirements.

    • Cash Prize: $650, paid by check or electronic transfer.

    • Total ARV per Grand Prize: $800

  • Second Place Prize:

    • Cash Prize: $200, paid by check or electronic transfer.

    • Total ARV per Second Place Prize: $200

Total Potential Prize Value per Contest Period: $1,000

Prizes are non-transferable except for the deferral option for the Grand Prize. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. For prizes valued over $600, Sponsor will issue a 1099 form to the winner.

 

7. Prize Deferral Option

Grand Prize winners may defer the 6-month intensive program access to a couple they have signed up for Rewire4Success’s men’s or women’s weekly groups. The couple must be enrolled and in good standing at the time of deferral. The cash prize ($650) is awarded to the winner and cannot be deferred. Deferral must be requested in writing within 10 days of prize notification.

 

8. Affiliate Commission

Affiliates earn a 20% commission for each valid signup to Rewire4Success’s services via their unique affiliate link, separate from the Contest. Commission payments are governed by Rewire4Success’s affiliate agreement and are not part of the Contest prize structure. Earning commissions does not affect Contest eligibility or chances of winning.

 

9. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified via email or phone and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within 10 days. Failure to comply may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners must provide proof of affiliate status and eligibility.

 

10. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, voice, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity, as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or engages in fraudulent activity. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

 

12. Limitations of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rewire4Success Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, injury, death, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate information; (b) technical failures; (c) unauthorized human intervention; (d) lost, late, or misdirected entries; or (e) any injury or damage caused by participation or prize use.

 

13. Disputes

Any disputes arising from the Contest will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania or the appropriate Pennsylvania State Court in Dauphin County. Entrants waive claims for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Pennsylvania law governs the Contest.

 

14. Winner List

To request a list of winners for a specific Contest Period, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Rewire4Success Inc., Winner List for [Month Year], 600 N 2nd St, 4th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17101, within 30 days after that Contest Period ends.
