Welcome to Rewire4Success Online Men's Weekly Support Group! We’re excited to have you in our community. Before we begin, we need to lay out the terms of our relationship in this User Agreement. This document explains what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you in return. We’ve written it in a conversational tone for clarity, but it’s still a legal agreement. By joining or using the Rewire4Success Online Men's Weekly Support Group and related services, you are agreeing to these terms, so please read them carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for the Rewire4Success Men's Weekly Support Group Membership (including the weekly group sessions and any associated online content), you confirm that you understand and agree to everything in this agreement. You also agree to our website’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference​:

 If there’s a conflict between those and this User Agreement, the specific terms in this User Agreement will control for the Rewire4Success Online Men's Weekly Support Group.

No Chargeback Policy: By accepting this agreement and enrolling in the weekly group, you authorize us to bill you for the membership fees on the schedule disclosed at signup. You agree not to dispute any valid membership charges with your payment provider​. In other words, you won’t initiate chargebacks or payment reversals for the charges associated with your Rewire4Success Online Men's Weekly Support Group Membership. If you have an issue with a charge, we ask that you contact us to resolve it directly. (This policy is to protect the integrity of our payment system. Unauthorized charge disputes will be considered a breach of this agreement.)

2. Medical and Psychological Disclaimer

Not Medical or Therapy Advice: Rewire4Success provides educational content, coaching, and peer support – it is not medical care or professional therapy. We are not doctors, psychologists, or licensed therapists (unless explicitly stated), and we do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic diagnosis or treatment​.

 This service, including all group sessions, materials, and coaching, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy​. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes for your mental or physical health​, as everyone’s situation is unique.

Consult Professionals When Needed: If you are dealing with a medical condition, mental health issues, or extreme distress, please seek help from a qualified healthcare professional or licensed therapist. Therapists who work for Rewire4Success are not your therapist, nor are they operating as therapists, but as Coaches. Our service is here to support your personal growth and recovery journey, but only a medical or mental health professional can provide the care needed for serious conditions. You acknowledge that you will consult your physician or therapist if you have any doubts about your health or before making significant lifestyle changes based on our service. By using our services, you assume all responsibility for any decisions regarding your health and well-being.

Risks and Personal Responsibility: You understand that participating in a personal development or recovery service like Rewire4Success Online Men's Weekly Support Group involves inherent risks. Emotional topics may be discussed, and while we strive to create a supportive environment, you may experience emotional or psychological responses. You agree that you participate at your own risk and that you will not hold Rewire4Success, Inc. or its coaches liable for any emotional distress or adverse effects you might experience. If at any point you feel the service is negatively affecting you, stop and seek professional guidance. Your well-being is our priority, and it’s important to use our resources responsibly and in conjunction with professional care when needed.

3. Confidentiality and Group Privacy

Safe Space Commitment: Our weekly group sessions are designed to be a safe, trusting space for everyone. To maintain this environment, all members must respect the confidentiality of the group. This means that personal stories, experiences, or any sensitive information shared by other members must stay within the group. By participating, you agree not to share, repeat, or discuss any information that other members share during sessions or in our private online forums, with anyone outside the group​. This confidentiality applies to written posts in any private group forum as well as spoken words in group calls. It also extends beyond just names or identities – any personal details or narratives shared by others are to be treated as private and confidential.

Respect for Privacy: You may occasionally learn very personal things about fellow members. You must not disclose any member’s identity, personal story, health information, or any other details shared in confidence, to anyone outside of the service. Even with family, friends, or on social media – do not share it. Likewise, we ask that you refrain from recording group sessions or taking screenshots of online group interactions, out of respect for everyone’s privacy. We take privacy seriously, and we expect you to do the same.

Our Commitment: We, the Rewire4Success Online Men's Weekly Support Group team, also respect your privacy. We will not divulge what you share in confidence during the service to anyone outside of our organization, except as required by law (for example, if we hear information that someone is in immediate danger, we may be legally or ethically obligated to report it – but we would discuss that with you if possible). Please note, however, that group sessions by nature involve other participants hearing your contributions. We cannot absolutely guarantee that all other members will honor the confidentiality rules, although we will strongly encourage and remind everyone to do so.

Liability for Breaches: Because this is a group setting, you acknowledge that we cannot control the actions of every participant and therefore cannot promise absolute confidentiality of what is shared in the group by others​. Rewire4Success, Inc. is not liable if another member violates this confidentiality agreement and discloses something you said. However, we will take violations seriously: any member who fails to respect the group’s confidentiality may be removed from the service immediately, with no refund, and may be prohibited from future participation. By joining, you accept this risk and agree not to hold us responsible for the actions of other participants​.

In summary, what’s shared in the group stays in the group. This mutual trust allows everyone to speak openly and get the most out of the group.

4. Payment, Fees, and Billing

Membership Fees: Rewire4Success Online Men's Weekly Support Group is a paid membership service. By signing up, you agree to pay the membership fees as described at the point of purchase (for example, a monthly subscription charge). You authorize us to automatically charge your provided payment method for the recurring fees, according to the billing cycle you selected. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is accurate and up to date so that charges can be processed timely. If a payment fails or your card is declined, we’ll notify you and you should provide an alternate payment promptly to avoid interruption of service.

No Chargeback / No Dispute Agreement: As noted above, by joining the weekly group you explicitly agree not to initiate chargebacks or dispute these valid charges with your bank or credit card issuer​. We consider your enrollment and use of the service as proof that the charges are authorized and legitimate. If you have any billing issues or believe a charge is incorrect, you agree to contact us first and give us an opportunity to resolve it. Unauthorized charge disputes or reversals will be considered a violation of this Agreement, and we reserve the right to pursue the owed fees and any resulting dispute fees or collections costs from you.

Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us or using any available account cancellation feature we provide. Cancellation will stop future billing, and your access will continue until the end of the period you’ve paid for. For example, if you are billed monthly and you cancel in the middle of a month, you won’t be charged for the next month, but you also won’t receive a refund for the current month – you’ll simply retain access until the current paid week is over. Please note: Canceling prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund past charges.

5. Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital and personal-coaching nature of our service, membership fees are generally non-refundable​. Once you have enrolled and gained access to our members-only content or sessions, we consider that you have received value from the service. We do not offer refunds for membership fees once the service has started or once you have attended a group session. This policy is in place because when you join, we commit resources and a spot for you in the group, which might prevent someone else from joining.

Exceptions (if any): If we offer a money-back guarantee or trial period as part of a promotion, the terms of that offer will be clearly stated (for example, a 7-day trial or a 30-day money-back guarantee for new members). In such cases, we will honor the specific refund terms of that offer. Otherwise, outside of any stated guarantee or trial, no refunds will be given for fees already paid. Partial refunds or special accommodations (such as credit toward other services) may be considered only in extenuating circumstances and at our sole discretion, but we are not obligated to grant them.

By agreeing to this User Agreement, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this no-refund policy. Please be sure you are committed to the support group before enrolling, and if you are on a recurring payment plan, be mindful to cancel before the next billing cycle if you decide to stop, as we do not refund once a payment has processed.

6. Intellectual Property and Limited Use of Materials

Our Content is Protected: All materials provided through Rewire4Success Online Men's Weekly Support Group – including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written content, workbooks, PDFs, worksheets, slide presentations, and any other instructional or support materials – are the exclusive intellectual property of Rewire4Success, Inc. (or our licensors). These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We own and retain all rights in the service and the site content​. Rewire4Success, our logos, and all service names or slogans are our trademarks or service marks. Unauthorized use of any of our intellectual property is prohibited.

When you join the membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service content for your personal, non-commercial purposes during your membership term​. This means you may view, download, and print materials for your own use in the service. However, you do NOT have ownership of these materials, and your rights to use them are limited by this agreement.

Limitations on Use: Except for your personal use, you agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any of our content or materials with anyone outside the service​. This includes not (without our prior written permission):

• Posting our videos or PDFs (or summaries of them) on social media, YouTube, blogs, or any public forum.
• Sharing your login credentials with anyone else or allowing non-members to access our content or group calls.
• Downloading and then redistributing our content (including sharing it privately with friends or family who are not part of the service).
• Creating derivative works based on our materials (for example, using our service structure or materials to run your own service) for commercial purposes.
• Recording any group sessions or presentations (audio or video) and publishing or sharing them outside the group.

In short, membership is for your personal growth only – please don’t broadcast, publish, or give our proprietary content to others. All those materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, sold, or distributed to any third party without our express written consent​.

Copyright Notice: All content provided in Rewire4Success Online Men's Weekly Support Group is © 2025 Rewire4Success, Inc. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is a violation of this agreement and may also violate copyright law. We explicitly remind you that content is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws, and any unauthorized use, copying, distribution, modification, or display of our content without permission is prohibited by law​. We will enforce our intellectual property rights to protect the integrity of the service.

7. Member Conduct and Use of the Service

We expect all members to behave respectfully and lawfully in the service. By participating, you agree to the following conduct guidelines:

• Respect Others: Treat coaches and fellow members with respect and kindness. Absolutely no harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination will be tolerated. We aim to cultivate a supportive environment for everyone.
• No Disruptions: Avoid actions that could disrupt sessions or the online community (e.g., talking over others constantly, spamming discussion boards, or otherwise preventing others from participating).
• Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own actions and contributions in the service. Use common sense and courtesy when communicating. If you disagree with someone, do so respectfully. Keep feedback constructive.
• Follow the Law: Do not use our platform or group to engage in any unlawful activity. This includes sharing any content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates someone else’s rights.
• Follow Additional Rules: If we have forum rules, community guidelines, or meeting etiquette tips, please follow those as well. These will be provided to you (either in this agreement, on our website, or within the group platform).

We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or remove any member who violates these conduct rules or any other terms of this Agreement. Serious misconduct (such as harassment of others, sharing confidential info outside the group, or sharing sensitive/inappropriate content) can result in immediate termination of your membership without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees of Results: While we believe wholeheartedly in our services and have seen many members make significant positive changes, we cannot guarantee any specific results from your participation. Your success depends on many factors, including your own commitment and effort. You acknowledge that no particular outcome (financial, emotional, relational, or otherwise) is promised or assured by Rewire4Success.

Service “As Is”: We provide the membership services and content “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied (to the extent allowed by law). We do not warrant that the service content is error-free or that access will be uninterrupted. Any testimonials or examples we share are not guarantees of what will happen in your particular situation.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewire4Success, Inc.’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this membership or the services provided shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid us for the membership​. This means if, for example, you paid $500 in membership fees, our responsibility for any damages is capped at $500. In no event will we (or our directors, officers, employees, or agents) be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages. This exclusion applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this clause may not apply to you based on your location – but in such cases, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

Assumption of Risk: You understand and agree that you are responsible for your choices and actions within the service. Rewire4Success is not liable for any decisions you make as a result of the coaching or content. For example, if you decide to take a particular action in your personal life based on advice or stories from the group, you do so of your own accord and risk. You waive any right to hold us accountable for any outcomes of decisions you make influenced by the service.

If you live in a jurisdiction that does not allow certain liability limitations, we will abide by the specific laws applicable to you. But overall, our intention is to limit our liability and exposure to the amount you paid for the service and nothing more. This is a standard practice for services of this nature and is a key condition of allowing you to participate.

9. Indemnification

You agree that if your actions or misuse of the Rewire4Success Online Men's Weekly Support Group cause harm to us or anyone else, or result in a legal claim against us, you will indemnify us and hold us harmless. In plain language, this means you will reimburse Rewire4Success, Inc. (and our officers, employees, and agents) for any losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or relate to:

• Your breach of this User Agreement or any other agreement with us,
• Your violation of any law or regulation in the context of using our services,
• Any infringement by you of our intellectual property or violation of confidentiality (for example, if you improperly share our content or another member’s personal information and it causes damage),
• Any claim made by a third party due to your conduct (for instance, if another member or person claims that something you did caused them harm, and they bring a claim against us).

In such cases, you agree to cover all costs and damages that we incur, to the fullest extent permitted by law​. We will try to notify you promptly of any such claim and will let you (and your legal counsel) participate in the defense, but our failure to notify immediately does not relieve you of your indemnification obligations.

This indemnity obligation continues even after you leave the service or this Agreement ends. It’s basically your promise to protect us if your actions cause us legal trouble or financial loss.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

Updating This Agreement: We may update or modify this User Agreement from time to time as our service or legal requirements evolve. If we make significant changes, we will notify members (for example, by email or a notification in the group or on our website). By continuing to participate in the service or using the membership after an update, you agree to the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your membership (however, no refunds will be given for the term already paid, as per Section 5). We encourage you to periodically review the latest version of this Agreement, which will be available on our website. We will note the “last updated” date for transparency.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rewire4Success, Inc. is registered (without regard to its conflict of law principles). In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of this Agreement or your participation in the service, we strongly encourage you to contact us first to attempt an informal resolution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution terms in our general Terms and Conditions (which may include mediation or arbitration requirements, or submission to the courts of a specified jurisdiction). By agreeing to this User Agreement, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue specified in those Terms and Conditions for resolving any disputes​. Please refer to our website Terms for details on how disputes are handled. (Incorporating these terms helps ensure consistency and legal coverage for issues like arbitration, venue, and waivers that might be detailed in our main terms.)

Severability: If any part of this User Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by law, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid (or disregarded if no such modification is possible), and the rest of the Agreement will remain fully in effect. In other words, the invalid part won’t void the rest – we’ll still both be bound by the remaining terms.

No Waiver: If we don’t enforce a provision of this Agreement on one occasion, it doesn’t mean we’re waiving our right to enforce it in the future. For example, if we don’t immediately act on a violation of confidentiality, we still have the right to do so later or enforce other provisions. Any waiver of any term shall only be effective if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Rewire4Success.

Entire Agreement: This User Agreement (along with any referenced documents like the general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rewire4Success, Inc. regarding the Rewire4Success Online Men's Weekly Support Group Membership service. It supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) relating to your membership. You acknowledge that you are not joining the service based on any other promises or representations not explicitly included here.

Assignment: You may not transfer or assign your membership or any of your rights and obligations under this Agreement to anyone else without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in the event of a merger or acquisition, etc., but we’ll ensure the Agreement still protects your rights.

Headings: The section titles in this Agreement (like “Medical and Psychological Disclaimer,” etc.) are for convenience and readability only. They do not affect the interpretation of the Agreement’s terms.
