Welcome to Rewire4Success's Recovery In Action Monthly Membership! This enhanced membership provides you with specialized resources and personalized support to help you progress in your recovery journey. This document outlines the terms of our relationship and is a legal agreement. By participating in the Recovery In Action Membership, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully. - Acceptance of Terms By signing up for the Recovery In Action Membership, which includes 1:2 coaching once per month, a customized recovery blueprint, access to our off social media private community, and all group sessions included in the Relationship Rebuild program, you confirm your understanding and agreement to this User Agreement, our website's general Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy, available at:

If there’s a conflict between those documents and this User Agreement, the specific terms in this User Agreement will prevail.
No Chargeback Policy: By accepting this agreement and enrolling, you authorize us to bill you for the membership fees on the schedule disclosed at signup. You agree not to dispute any valid charges with your payment provider. If you have issues with a charge, please contact us directly to resolve it.

- Confidentiality and Group Privacy Safe Space Commitment: To maintain a trusting environment, all members must respect the confidentiality of the group. This includes not sharing personal stories, experiences, or any sensitive information outside of the group.
Respect for Privacy: Do not disclose any member’s identity or personal details outside of the service. Recording group sessions or taking screenshots of online interactions is also prohibited.
- Payment, Fees, and Billing Membership Fees: By signing up, you agree to pay the membership fees as described at the point of purchase. You authorize us to automatically charge your provided payment method according to the billing cycle you selected.
No Chargeback / No Dispute Agreement: By joining, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or dispute charges with your bank or credit card issuer.
Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time, but please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for membership fees once the service has started.

Intellectual Property and Limited Use of Materials Our Content is Protected: All materials provided through the Recovery In Action Membership are the exclusive intellectual property of Rewire4Success, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service content for your personal, non-commercial purposes during your membership term.

Member Conduct and Use of the Service We expect all members to behave respectfully and lawfully. Treat coaches and fellow members with respect, avoid disruptions, and follow the law. Violations of these guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the service.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification No Guarantees of Results: We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from your participation in the Recovery In Action Membership. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Rewire4Success against any losses or damages resulting from your actions or misuse of the service.
- Miscellaneous Provisions This Agreement may be updated from time to time, and changes will be communicated to members. It is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rewire4Success, Inc. is registered, and any disputes will be resolved as outlined in our general Terms and Conditions.
